1. Acceptance of Terms

• "Services" means the TrueValue platform, including all applications, APIs, websites, and related tools.
• "User Data" means any data, content, or information submitted to the Services by you or on your behalf.
• "Subscription" means the paid plan selected by you that determines service access and limits.
• "Organization" means a company, team, or entity that registers to use the Services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicence, resell, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions

Access to certain features may require a subscription. Subscription terms, including any applicable fees, will be presented to you at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation — remain with TrueValueCRM. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence described above.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights in your User Data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will not sell, rent, or trade your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Services
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your User Data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUEVALUECRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING PERIOD AS DEFINED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueValueCRM from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
