Wellness programmes that start and end with a gym membership miss the point. Real employee wellbeing requires systemic changes to how work is structured.

Our Approach

  • Mental health — Free therapy sessions and counselling for all employees
  • Flexible hours — Work when you are most productive, not when a clock tells you to
  • No-meeting days — Wednesdays are protected for deep work
  • Unlimited PTO — With a minimum of 20 days taken per year, enforced
  • Sabbatical — 4 weeks paid sabbatical after every 3 years of service
  • Learning budget — $2,000 per year for courses, conferences, and books

Since implementing these programmes, our employee NPS has increased from 45 to 72, and voluntary turnover dropped by half.
