Getting Started with TrueValue CRM: A Complete Guide

Welcome to TrueValue CRM! This guide will walk you through everything you need to get your team up and running. Whether you are migrating from another CRM or starting fresh, we have designed the onboarding experience to be as smooth as possible.

Step 1: Create Your Organization

After signing up, you will be prompted to create your organization. Enter your company name, select your industry, and choose a time zone. This information helps us customize your experience and provide relevant templates.

Step 2: Invite Your Team

Navigate to the team settings and invite your colleagues by email. You can assign roles (Admin, Manager, Member) that control what each person can see and do. Invitees receive an email with a secure link to join your organization.

Step 3: Set Up Your Pipeline

The CRM comes with a default sales pipeline, but you can customize it to match your workflow. Add stages, set probabilities, configure automation rules, and define the fields that matter to your business.

Step 4: Import Your Data

  • CSV/Excel import for contacts, companies, and deals
  • Direct migration tools for popular CRM platforms
  • API-based import for custom data sources
  • Duplicate detection and merge during import

Step 5: Start Selling
