Programme Structure
- Weeks 1-2: Onboarding, codebase exploration, and first small PR
- Weeks 3-8: Own a feature from design to production with mentorship
- Weeks 9-10: Cross-team collaboration project
- Weeks 11-12: Presentation to leadership and career planning
- Every intern gets a dedicated mentor and weekly 1:1s
